Celebration Villa of Winter Haven Memory Care will celebrate the First Annual Validation Week, August 17–23.

Held in partnership with the Validation Training Institute, the week recognizes the importance of compassionate, person-centered dementia care. The theme “Meet Me Where I Am” encourages caregivers and families to listen, understand, and validate each person’s feelings and experience.

Throughout the week, Celebration Villa of Winter Haven Memory Care will host activities that celebrate residents’ life stories while educating families and community members about Validation.
