Beautiful, homelike community with truly caring staff.

A beautiful campus with tenured team members who are happy and truly care about their residents. It was bright, clean, and the residents were all engaged.

Wonderful experience for my step mother on the memory care side! From the moment we toured the facility to the constant contact now that she is a resident, I am super impressed. Jennifer a nurse there was our initial contact and has been a complete angel through the process. She has a huge heart and really cares for our family, not just my step mother who is in the facility. Sean has been a huge help with the process and handling unique situations and paperwork with us, and Jody... she is amazing! She knows each resident and loves in them daily. I can sleep at night knowing my step mother is not only safe, but being loved on and thriving!!

Brookdale Claire Bridge of New Haven, staff are extraordinary. They truly care, respect and love their residents. The staff go above and beyond to make sure each resident is taken care of with whatever is needed. And Jody***Program Director/ Manager is exceptional who plans each month of events with passion and enthusiasm for the Memory Care residents.
